Short content
The course addresses the issue of ethnic diversity management – internationally and nationally. The course is composed of the following substantive parts:
1. Basic terms: nation, nation-state, minorities.
2. Types of minorities (based on their origin: state-formation, border changes, migrations).
3. An analysis of attitudes towards minorities in the context of state-formation process.
4. Contemporary ethnic diversity: inter-group and intra-group diversity.
5. Ways of ethnic diversity management: (i)legitimate and (i)legal.
6. Integration of society.
