Definition of information systems; steps in development of information systems; scheduling a set of project activities (CPM, PERT); decision support systems, one and multicriteria decision making, preference relation, utility function; decision making in groups. Understanding computer architectures; communication equipment, seven levels of ISO/OSI architecture, architecture of TCP/IP protocol, comparing both protocols, secure protocols (ssh, ssl, https); cloud computing.
