Short content

Students will initially be acquainted with the epistemology of knowledge. Special attention will be paid to the strategic view of: organizational learning, principles of learning organization, coordination of organizational processes with a systematic implementation of knowledge management strategies. In doing so, we will focus on the organizational and procedural level and the social dimension of knowledge management.
