The course introduces students to the contemporary practice of strategic public relations (SPR). It starts with relationship management and strategic planing, moves to models of quality management in SPR, measurement and evaluation of SPR programa, roles of globalization and digitalization, crisis, and risk communication. Professional, ectical and critical thinking is explored and ecncouraged.
