Short content

Students learn norms of the law of armed conflict. First they learn the significance of LOAC and its sources. Then they are introduced to subjects and actors in armed conflicts, their rights and duties. Unilateral settlement of disputes, means of peaceful settlement of disputes, collective security. The concept of neutrality. Limitations by LOAC as regards persons, objects, means and ways of engagement.
