Presentation of Study Abroad opportunities within the International Week at the Faculty of Social Sciences
In order to promote Study Abroad opportunities, an International Week was organized in the week of 19-23 November. The events were held both at the Faculty and the Chair level. The main event called Study Fair 2018 was held on Thursday, where interested students received first-hand information on exchange, partner universities and life abroad, as former exchange students, as well as foreign students from partner universities participated at the Study Fair. At the same day we organised also an event titled "Why Studying Abroad?", where the Student Mobility Coordinators, as well as former exchange students encouraged the participants to spend a semester abroad and provided information on the study abroad opportunities. During the week, Chair representatives for International Cooperation held similar events within their study programmes.
Currently three open calls for the next academic year are published on the faculty web pages, namely Erasmus+ student mobility for studies, Erasmus+ student mobility for traineeship and Student mobility in the framework of bilateral agreements with non-EU countries. Additionally, in cooperation with the Central International Office of the University of Ljubljana, an Information Day for International Exchange will be organised on 6 December 2018 at 2 PM in the FDV-01, in order to present more detailed information on the Call 2019-2020.
