Invitation to contribute to the Journal of International Relations and Development (JIRD)

Journal of International Relations and Development (JIRD) is a scientific journal within the scope of the Central and East European International Studies Association – CEEISA, published by the London-based Palgrave and Macmillan publishing house. It is included into the SCI Index, reaching the impact factor of 1.545 (in 2018), which puts it in the top quarter of most cited journals in the field of International Relations.

The journal established by the Centre of International Relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences invites scholars to contribute with their own research on current issues in international relations, development studies and international political economy. JIRD publishes both theoretically informed empirical analyses, as well as original theoretical and conceptual analyses.

The latest issue of JIRD covers research on topics such as EU foreign policy, securitisation, nuclear governance, sustainable development goals and the role of NGOs in youth education – the variety of areas covered therefore allows for participation of scholars from different domains.
