Dear students,

We are sending you an important notice from the University IT Service, which informs you that on the night of Wednesday, September 27, to Thursday, September 28, it is mandatory to change your personal password linked to your UL ID.

• On this link you can find a detailed description, examples, forms, and other useful information on how to obtain a temporary residence permit. There will be a special counter for international students between 18 September and 13 October 2023 at the Administrative Unite (Tobačna 5 in Ljubljana). You will be able to submit applications for and renew resident permits there. University of Ljubljana will also organize a review of the documentation together with the International Student Ambassadors to make it easier and faster for students to submit their applications.
