We warmly invite you to visit the Jože Goričar Central Social Sciences Library and explore a unique exhibition – a collection of photographs showcasing Christmas trees that have brightened our library over the years.

This year the library welcomes you until Wednesday, 24 December 2025, when we are open until 4 p.m.. The library will be closed from December 25th. You are welcome to visit us again on Monday, January 5th 2026. We wish you pleasant holidays!

We have gained trial access to Project Syndicate. Access is available till November 30 2025 from FSS premises and remote access is enabled for students and employees of FSS.

In June, July and August, we offer personal information counseling at the library or remotely.

Between July 1st and August 31st, library will be working on summer schedule. From Monday to Tuesday and from Thursday to Friday, library will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Wednesday from 08 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Library will be closed on Saturdays.

We have gained trial access to CompanyWall business. Access is available till April 30 2025 for FDV students and staff.

We have gained one-year access to 1,312 e-books from Taylor & Francis in various scientific fields. Access is available till December 31 2025.

All of these collections cover the fields of literature, history, sociology, philosophy, religion, politics, international relations, science and technology.

Sage Video is a comprehensive collection of academic video content designed to support education, research, and academic endeavors across various disciplines. Trial access is available till November 18 2024.

SIPRI Yearbook Online houses the SIPRI Yearbooks from 2010 to present on one consolidated online platform. Access is available till 30th September 2027.
